Till you think you are an individual separate from the world and the world existed prior to you and you are born in it afterward the ignorance will prevail as a reality.*****

The world in which we exist is the product of ignorance. The ignorance is present in the form of the ‘I’.
Till you think you are an individual separate from the world and the world existed prior to you and you are born in it afterward the ignorance will prevail as a reality.  Till ignorance is there the ‘I’ prevails as reality.
If the ‘I’ prevails as reality then the world in which you exist prevails as a reality. If the world in which you exists as a reality then the dualistic illusion is experienced as a reality.
Perfect understanding of ‘what is what’ helps you to overcome the ignorance (I).  Until ‘I’ is there the ignorance is there. Until ignorance is there you will not be able to unfold the mystery hidden by the ‘I’.
That is why Bhagavad Gita: ~ ‘The permanent (consciousness) is always there, only the transient ‘I’ comes and goes. (2.18)
The ‘I’ hides the truth of the Soul, the Self.
Bhagavad Gita: ~ “You must first see the ‘I’ as illusory before you see others as illusory. ~ CH.2 v.16

First, you must make sure the ‘I’ itself is illusory because the ‘I’ is not permanent.
The seeker has to find for himself the truth of his true existence and to come to a fuller and deeper understanding and realization of the truth, which is hidden by the illusory form, time and space.
The purpose quest for truth is to first find out what is the untruth to realize the truth and discard the untruth.
Do not try to get rid of the ego you will never succeed in getting rid of the ego. Think in a different direction.  The ego exists only in the domain of the form, time and space.

Remember:~
The form, time and space exist only when the mind exists.

The mind exists only when the universe exists.

The universe appears only when the waking appears.

The waking appears only when the ‘I’ appears.

Remember:~

The ‘I’ disappears in deep sleep.

There is no form, time and space when ‘I’ disappears.

There is no mind when ‘I’ disappears.

There is universe when the ‘I’ disappears.

There is no waking when the ‘I’ disappears.

Remember:~
‘I’ appears means the duality appears.

The duality appeared means there is the division of form, time and space.

If here is division in the form time and space means there is diversity in the unity.

Remember:~

When ‘I’ disappears there is nonduality.

Nonduality is the fullness of the consciousness without the division of the form, time and space.

The fullness of the consciousness means the unity in diversity.

Unity in diversity in consciousness is Advaita.

Consciously becoming aware of the Soul in the midst of diversity (waking) is Self- awareness or Brahmic awareness.

If you desire Self-realization, but you still say "I,” and if you feel the ‘Self’ is the ‘I’, you are not a wise seeker. You are simply an ignorant. : ~ Santthosh Kumaar

Is it for the experience of overcoming a human mind to decide who Brahman is? *****

A.M~ Q:~Please permit me to ask a question, my brother. Has 'Self 'created the desire within my mind to seek out the truth in order to free the Self? Has Self brought me to know you from the same desire to be free? Has everything been created before me to lead me to Self? It is not duality, it is only Self. Is it for the experience of overcoming a human mind to decide who Brahman is? I hope my questions are not an annoyance. I am confident in the words you speak. I know of no other to ask. And I will thank you in advance for your consideration. Your brother, Mark
Chat Conversation End

Santthosh Kumaar: ~ If you had asked the same question in a dream, the dream becomes unreal when waking takes place. Similarly, the waking becomes unreal when you realize the ‘Self is not you but the Soul, which is present in the form of the consciousness.

If the waking is unreal then your experience of the birth, life, death and the world within the waking experience also is unreal (illusion).

The question is based on the waking entity (you or ego). Whatever is based on the waking entity (ego) is based on the dualistic perspective.

You have to learn to view the worldview on nondualistic perspective then only you will be able to have the Soulcentric view of the worldview.

In Advaitic  Self-awareness, the ego is not considered as ego, even though ego is present, the body is not considered as body even though body is present, the world which confronts him is not considered as the world even though the world is present, the duality ceases even though the duality is present, because of wisdom everything is considered as consciousness. Thus, there is conscious oneness.

Only in ignorance the world in which we are an illusion created out of the Soul, the Self.

The world is both real and unreal. It is real because it is a manifestation of consciousness, but is unreal, in the sense, that it is not absolute and eternal like consciousness itself.

People's approach is more practical, and they stuck with the reality of the world, they take it as real. That is why all the confusion.

The look of an object will depend upon the medium through which the observer views it. In fact, our mental and intellectual conditions determine the world, observed and experienced. The commoner viewing the world will see differently from a Gnani viewing the same world. Each one interprets the world that they see in terms of their existing knowledge. The commoner sees everything based on the ego, therefore, experiences the birth, life, death and the world as a reality, whereas a Gnani sees everything as the consciousness and he is fully aware of the fact that, there is no second thing exists other than the Soul or the consciousness. Thus, all the egocentric knowledge has to be bifurcated to realize the ultimate truth, which is beyond form, time and space.

To say the universe is an illusion without first examining it and inquiring into its nature thoroughly is to delude oneself. This world is common to every one of us; therefore the seeker of truth must begin his inquiry with it. It is only after he has inquired into the nature of the objective world, he realizes the universe which through ignorance appears as of diverse forms, is nothing else but the Soul which is present in the form of consciousness is absolutely free from all the limitations of human thought. The consciousness is the ultimate truth. Ultimate truth means Brahman. The ultimate truth is God.

Brahman: ~ ‘The English use of the word real as applied to the material world, whereas we Indians use it as applied to unseen Brahman. Hence many errors have arisen in translations from the Sanskrit.

Brahman: ~ ‘The word Brahman or Sat has no proper equivalent in English. The nearest is ultimate reality or ultimate truth. The west, however, applies reality to individual objects or to the multiplicity of them all: whereas Gnani’s apply it to the non-duality. Brahman is called "That" because it is something not known yet by the seeker.

It is erroneous to believe the general impression is that the universe disappears to a Gnani, that he sees nothing in Samadhi. Only by deluded persons will have such an impression?   Nothing is destroyed. Only ignorance disappears and the unreal nature of the universe is exposed.  The universe which appears as waking experience is the dualistic illusion.

A Gnani has the full and firm conviction that everything is consciousness in the midst of dualistic illusion.  The Soul, Self being aware of its true nature in the midst of dualistic illusion is called Self-awareness.

The universe or the waking experience will not disappear.  It is there always but the unreal nature of the waking experience is exposed in the midst of dualistic illusion through Advaitic wisdom.

Let you be clear on one thing. The world in which you exist is mere a dualistic illusion created out of the Soul, which is present in the form of the consciousness. But in the reality, the world in which you exist neither exists in the past nor exists now nor going to exist in the future. Whatever existed in the past and whatever exists now and whatever is going to exists in the future is merely an illusion created out of the consciousness.
All our experience of the birth, life, and death is merely an illusion created out of the consciousness. The only real thing in the world in which we exist is the consciousness, which is the cause of this world and it itself is uncaused.
All your doubts and confusions are based on an unsupported assumption because your views and judgments are based on the dualistic perspective. : ~ Santthosh Kumaar

Meher Baba Said: ~ A true aspirant is not content with the knowledge of spiritual realities based on hearsay... he insists on the direct knowledge.*****

Meher Baba Said: ~ A true aspirant is not content with the knowledge of spiritual realities based on hearsay... he insists on the direct knowledge.

The Bhagavad Gita says: ~Among thousands of men, scarcely one strives for perfection; and of those who strive and succeed, scarcely one knows the ‘Self’ in truth.

A Guru who speaks of knowing Brahman within his body is thinking only of his head or heart, i.e. of his body. He is hallucinating.

You will not be able to find the truth because you are blindfolded by dualistic illusion.  If you have to traverse the path, you will have to seek the aid of the one who knows the truth beyond the form, time and space; else you will wind up meandering here and there without gaining anything.

The ‘Self’ is not within you because the ‘Self’ is not the body.   If the ‘Self’ is not you,   then why you think the Self is within you. Deeper Self-search reveals the fact that, you and the world are within the Soul the innermost Self.  Perfect understanding and assimilation lead to Advaitic Self-awareness.

Many people are struck with awe or reverence at the outer indications of renunciation, and thus blindly accept a religious Guru or God-men to be a Gnani. The two have no connection. Because he has no wife, no family, and no possessions" they think a man who has merely repressed these desires as though these things had anything to do with the wisdom he is a merely religious man. People are quite incompetent to judge who is a Gnani between God men, intellectuals, and yogis. A Gnani is neither God men, nor a yogi, nor an intellectual.

The path of wisdom attracts only those who are in search of truth and they appreciate it greatly.   The ignorant are not spiritually matured the receive Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.  The ignorant indulge in argument and provocation and personal attack, which hinder their own realization of the ultimate truth or Brahman.

That is why Jesus said:~  Do not throw your pearls before pigs, lest they trample them underfoot and turn to attack you. (Matthew -7:6)

~ He meant knowledge of the Spirit, the God or Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.

Bhagavad Gita says: ~ “Don't unsettle the minds of ignorant by revealing the esoteric truth."

The Soul, the Self is the ultimate truth or Brahman or God. The ‘Self’ is not found in the world in which you exist. The ‘Self’ is hidden by the world in which you exist because the world in which you exist is created out of the Soul, the Self, which is present in the form of the consciousness.

The Soul the ‘Self is not within your body, because, the Soul, the Self, pervades everything and everywhere in the world in which you exists.

All the ‘I-CENTRIC’ Gurus propagated the ‘Self’ is within you and Self is ‘I’.

Remember the ‘Self is not within you. All the ‘I-centric Gurus spin the yarn of imagination holding the ‘Self as ‘I’.

Remember the ‘I-CENTRIC’ Gurus make you permanently remain the slave of your emotions. Emotion is duality. Duality is ignorance.

Remember getting stuck to the ‘I-CENTRIC’ Gurus and their teaching, is getting stuck to the ignorance.

Remember whatever propagated by the ‘I-CENTRIC’ Gurus is not Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana but half-baked knowledge based on imagination.
A scholar is proud that he has accumulated so much knowledge; Gnani is humble that he knows no more.

First, realize the ‘Self’ is not you but the ‘Self’ is the Soul, which is present in the form of the consciousness. Mentally hold on the Soul and mentally reduce the world in which you exist as consciousness by realizing the world in which you exist is nothing but an illusion created out of the consciousness.

All these experiences as the father, son, Guru, and pupil the world in which they all exist were one and the same consciousness appearing differently. All these distinctions disappear when one realizes Self is not ‘I’ but the Soul. The Soul is the cause of this world in which we exist and it itself is uncaused.

Perfect understanding and realization of ‘what is what’ leads Self-awareness. By holding on to theories one remains in the realm of duality. You have to mentally go on dropping what is not truth through deeper Self-search. Finally when you becomes aware of the fact that, your ego, your body, and the world are one in essence then there is Self-awareness in the midst of duality.

Sage Sri, Sankara says: ~ 'V.63 ~ "Without knowing and examining the external world, one can’t know Truth, as the idea that the external world exists, won't go. It can go only by an inquiry into the nature of the external world.

In Advaitic  Self-awareness, the ego is not considered as ego, even though ego is present, the body is not considered as body even though body is present, the world which confronts him is not considered as the world even though the world is present, the duality ceases even though the duality is present, because of wisdom everything is considered as consciousness. Thus there is conscious oneness.

Only in ignorance, the world in which we are is an illusion created out of the Soul, the ‘Self’.

Swami Vivekananda: ~'Jñāna Yoga is divided into three parts. First: hearing the truth--that the Atman is the only reality and that everything else is Maya. Second: reasoning upon this philosophy from all points of view. Third: giving up all further argumentation and realizing the truth. This realization comes from being certain that Brahman is real and everything else is unreal.

Bhagavad Gita: ~ “You must first see the ‘I’ as illusory before you see others as illusory. ~ CH.2 v.16

Sage Sri, Sankara said:~'Talk as much philosophy as you like, worship as many Gods as you please, observe ceremonies and sing devotional hymns, but liberation will never come, even after a hundred aeons, without realizing the Oneness.

The humanity has to awaken to the reality of its true existence by realizing the world in which the humanity exists is mere an illusion created out of the consciousness through Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana.
Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana frees the Soul, the innermost Self from the cage of the dualistic illusion.
Sage Sri, Sankara says: ~ VC-162:~ There is no liberation for a person of mere book knowledge, howsoever well-read in the philosophy of Vedanta, so long as one does not give up the false identification with the body, sense organs, etc., which are unreal.
People dwelling in the ignorance, but thinking themselves wise and erudite, go round and round by various blind beliefs and tortuous paths and practices, like the blind led by the blind.
Swami Vivekananda said:~ "The Vedas teach that the Soul is divine, only held in the bondage of matter; perfection will be reached when this bond will burst, and the word they use for it is, therefore, Mukthi - freedom, freedom from the bonds of imperfection, freedom from death and misery."
The truth is very simple, but it is very difficult to grasp because of the ignorance. You have to only realize the world in which you exist is created out of single clay. And that single clay is the Soul, which is present in the form of the consciousness.
Thus, you and your body and the world in which you exist are nothing but consciousness because they are mere an illusion created out of the consciousness. Perfect understanding of ‘what is what’ is needed.

A Gnani points out at the sky, but seeing of the star is the seekers own work.
It is necessary to reflect on the same truth again and again till it becomes a reality. One needs to constantly reflect on the subject until he gets a firm conviction of what is what. Words are needed until one gets a firm conviction of ‘what is what’. People need reading and hearing the words of wisdom to think reason and reflect deeply and reach the ultimate end.
“It takes time for the seeker to gain the perfect understanding of ‘what is truth’ and ‘’what is untruth’. It takes time for the Soul, the innermost Self to wake up from the sleep of ignorance, and it takes time for one realizes the truth, which is beyond the form, time, and space. : ~ Santthosh Kumaar

WHO AM I? AND I AM THAT- teachings are not Sage Sri, Sankara's Advaitic wisdom. *****

The serious seeker should not waste his time with WHO AM I? and I AM THAT-teachings which are meant for the children just started their quest. They are only helpful as starters. In later stages, you find then inadequate and useless. These ‘I-centric teachings are semi-religious and semi-spiritual is not Advaitic wisdom, which is pure spirituality.

Your quest for truth will not be completed with WHO AM I? AND I AM THAT- teachings. These 'I-centric teaching will not help you to unfold the mystery of the 'I'. WHO AM I? AND I AM THAT- teachings are not Sage Sri, Sankara's Advaitic wisdom.

People who are emotionally stuck to the ‘I’-centric gurus and their teaching are unaware of the fact that their emotion and sentiments keep them permanently in the grip of ignorance. Advaita is the nature of the Soul, which is present in the form of the consciousness. First, know what is mind. The mind is not within the body. The form, time, and space together is mind. Without the form, time and space the mind ceases to exist. Without the form, time and space the world in which you exist cease to exist. Without the world in which you exist the waking ceases to exist. Without the waking, the ‘I’ ceases to exist. Thus, perfect understanding of ‘what is what’ is very much necessary to unfold the mystery of the ‘I’.

Rest in the consciousness by realizing the world in which you exist is nothing but the consciousness. The Soul is the fullness of the consciousness without division of the form, time, and space. Thus the consciousness alone is real and eternal all else is mere an illusion created out of the consciousness.

Sage Sri Sankara says: ~ “What is accepted without proper inquiry will not lead to the final Goal. (Commentary on Vedanta Sutra)

Nothing has to be accepted as truth without verification. Sage Sri, Sankara is the only Sage who has final authority on the Advaitic truth (nonduality). The Advaitic truth is rational truth and scientific truth without dogma. Advaitic wisdom is nothing to do with orthodox Advaita, which is dualistic. Orthodox Advaita is a sect, which blindly accepts and follows dogmas and superstitions. The Advaitic orthodoxy is not the means to acquire Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana. Advaitic orthodoxy is meant for the ignorant populace that is unfit to grasp the highest truth. The Advaitic orthodoxy is nothing to do with the ultimate truth or Brahman.

Upanishad says: ~The human goal is to acquire Self-Knowledge and they indicate that the belief in the personal Gods, yoga scriptures, worship, and rituals are not the means to Self –Knowledge, then why anyone should indulge in it. The religion, concept of individualized god and scriptures are an obstacle to Self-realization because they are based on false Self. The seeker of truth has to search the ultimate truth without losing himself in the labyrinths of philosophy, through deeper Self-search and assimilate and realize it.

That is why Sage Sri Sankara, indicated in Bhaja Govindam says: ~ (Jnana Viheena Sarva Mathena Bajathi na Muktim janma Shatena) ~ One without knowledge does not obtain liberation even in a hundred births, no matter which religious faith he follows.

Sage Sri, Sankara’s wisdom is not a teaching or philosophy but Advaita is the universal wisdom. Advaitic wisdom is neither a teaching nor a theory but it is merely guidance to those who are seriously seeking the ultimate truth or Brahman. Grasp the ultimate truth anytime, any age, if seeker has the spiritual maturity and capacity to grasp to grasp it.

Sage Sri, Sankara says: ~ VC-47 All the effects of ignorance, root, and branch, are burnt down by the fire of knowledge, which arises from discrimination between these two—the Self and the not-Self. It really depends on his inborn natural capacity to understand and assimilate it. Sage Sri, Sankara’s wisdom is a Self-examiner, to test oneself to discover how near to Gnana he has approached and what progress has already been made on the path and what still remains to be done. It sets up criterion for Self-judgement. There are millions in search of truth but one in million will be able to grasp it.

Without Sage, Sri, Sankara there is no Advaita (nonduality). Since it was mixed up with orthodoxy there is lots of confusion. All the Gurus who propagate Advaita of east and west air their knowledge base Advaita on the dualistic perspective and orthodox perspective.

I am highlighting all the obstacles, which is blocking one from realizing the ultimate truth or Brahman. There are so many non-dualistic masters of the east and also from the west who expound Advaitic or non-dualistic knowledge but none of them are helpful to reach the ultimate end. The seeker has to know and realizes the Self is Soul and identify it as his true identity to find liberation from the bondage of the illusion of birth, life, death and the world (duality). The goal of our life is to find and realize our identity with our Soul, which is our innermost Self. My main intention is to divert the seeker's attention to the Soul, the source from where the mind (universe) rises and subsides.

Reading and reflecting on my blogs and postings gradually the seekers start assimilating and realizing ‘what is the truth? and what is the untruth? Repeated reading my blogs and postings make the seeker, Soulcentric, and the inner dialogue will start and clear all the doubts and confusion.

When there is no doubts and confusion, then they have realized the truth that the form, time and space are one in essence. And that essence is the consciousness.

There is no use in wasting time in questioning and arguing same time and effort has to be used to make the seeker more independent and without external spoon feeding he can reach the inner core, which is the Soul, which is present in the form of the consciousness. The words that mean different things to different people, it is what's behind the words, between, the lines that matter. Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana is meant for the class, not for the mass. : ~ Santthosh Kumaar

A Gnani is not a religious person. The religious person is not qualified to acquire Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana*****

A Gnani is not a religious person. The religious person is not qualified to acquire Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana because the religion is based on faith, not truth. The religion propagates ignorance, not truth.

How religious man can get Gnana? He has not even taken the first step to knowing what God supposed to be in actuality.  He believes in the heaven and hell as if he has personally been there on a conducted tour.

Religious man blindly prays without even knowing what God supposed to be according to his own scriptures.

Know God in truth
Religious Gods are mere belief. Belief is not God.  Religious God cannot be considered as the center because the Soul the innermost ‘Self’ is the center of all that exists. Without the Soul the world in which you exist ceases to exist, it means the religious God is dependent on the Soul for his existence. God in truth is only the Soul, which is present in the form of the consciousness.
Even The Bhagavad Gita says: ~ Brahmano hi pratisthaham ~ Brahman (God) is considered the all-pervading consciousness, which is the basis of all the animate and inanimate entities and material. (14.27).
When Bhagavad Gita says, God is considered the all-pervading consciousness which is the basis of all the animate and inanimate entities and material then nothing has to be accepted other than consciousness a God.
Even Brihadaranyaka Upanishad: ~ Brahman (God) is the form of the Athma, and it is indeed Athma itself.
Religious Gods are mere belief. Religious God cannot be considered as the center because the Soul the innermost ‘Self’ is the center of all that exists. Without the Soul the world in which you exist ceases to exist, it means the religious God is dependent on the Soul for his existence.
Even Rig Veda: ~ The Atman is the cause; Atman is the support of all that exists in this universe. May ye never turn away from the Atman the innermost self. May ye never accept another God in place of the Atman nor worship other than the Atman?" (10:48, 5)

The Brihadaranyaka Upanishad declares: "He who worships the deities as entities entirely separate from him does not know the truth. For the Gods, he is like a pasu (beast)". (1. 4. 10)

A religious man prays -- to the mythical Gods of his belief.  Mythical Gods are not God in truth.   There is a tremendous difference between prayer and Gnana.

Swami Vivekananda: ~ The masses in India cry to sixty million Gods, and still die like dogs. Where are these Gods?

Knowing this, stand up and fight! Not one step back that is the idea. ... Fight it out, whatever comes. Let the stars move from the sphere! Let the whole world stand against us! Death means only a change of garment. What of it? Thus fight! You gain nothing by becoming cowards. ... Taking a step backward, you do not avoid any misfortune. You have cried to all the Gods in the world. Has misery ceased? The masses in India cry to sixty million Gods and still die like dogs. Where are these Gods? ... The Gods come to help you when you have succeeded. So what is the use? Die game. ... This bending the knee to superstitions, this selling yourSelf to your own mind does not befit you, my Soul. You are infinite, deathless, birthless. Because you are infinite spirit, it does not befit you to be a slave. ... Arise! Awake! Stand up and fight! Die if you must. There is none to help you. You are the entire world. Who can help you?
- Swami Vivekananda  (Delivered In San Francisco, on May 28, 1900) -The Complete Works of Swami Vivekananda/Volume 1/Lectures And Discourses/The Gita II

Prayer is directed towards a mythological God, a fiction. Prayer is always directed outward. Gnana is an inward journey, not to some fiction but the reality hidden by the ignorance. Enlightenment happens when the Soul, the 'Self' wakes up from its sleep of ignorance.

Religious people are busy praying and worshipping a God of their belief, thinking God is somewhere, up there, monitoring every act of the people, guiding the lost and uplifting the poor. God is the one who punishes the evil and rewards the benevolent.

Some people even claim of seeing them in stone idols or some conceptual belief, in inanimate or living things. Is it our faith that makes us believe that there is some supreme power above us or is it a reality, can never be answered.  Until this conviction is there one is in the grip of the dualistic illusion (I). The dualistic illusion keeps one in the ignorance of the Self.  Therefore, there is a need to realize the fact that, the Self is not ‘I’ but it is the formless Soul, which is present in the form of the consciousness.

Sage Sri, Sankara: ~   VC Neither sacred baths nor any amount of charity nor even Hundreds of pranayamas* can give us the knowledge about our own Self.  The firm experience of the nature of the Self is seen to proceed from inquiry along the lines of the salutary advice of the wise. (13)

The God is divine, only held in the bondage of the ignorance (matter); perfection will be reached when this bond will burst, and the word they use for it is, therefore, freedom, freedom from the bonds of imperfection, freedom from ignorance.

No prayers or mantras help to get rid of ignorance. All the prayers and mantras and rituals are meant for the ignorant populace, which strongly believes, the world in which he exists as a reality.  For one who wants to acquire Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana, the mantas will not help to realize the truth, which is beyond the form, time and space.

That is why Sage Sri, Sankara VC~.61. For one who has been bitten by the serpent of Ignorance, the only remedy is the knowledge of Brahman. Of what avail are the Vedas and (other) Scriptures, Mantras (sacred formulae) and medicines to such a one?

VC-  v6~ Let erudite scholars quote all the scripture, let Gods be invoked through sacrifices, let elaborate rituals be performed, let personal Gods be propitiated---yet, without the realization of one‘s identity With the Self, there shall be no liberation for the individual, not  even in the lifetimes of a hundred Brahmas put together.

Sage Sri, Sankara goes on to say: ~A sickness of not cured by saying the word “medicine.” You must take the medicine. Liberation does not come by merely saying the word “Brahman (God).” Brahman must be realized. Until you allow this apparent universe to dissolve from your consciousness until you have realized Brahman, how can you find liberation just by saying the word Brahman? The result is merely a noise. Until a man has destroyed his enemies and taken possession of the splendour and wealth of the kingdom, he cannot become a king by simply saying “I am a king.”

When one becomes aware of the fact that the Soul is the Self, then he realizes the fact that whatever known, seen, believed and experienced on the base of the ‘I’ is an illusion.

Sage Sri, Goudpada: ~ To establish the truth of Non-duality by sheer reasoning alone. He begins by defining "What is real?" "What is unreal?" etc, because that is the right way to discuss or teach. People must first know what they are talking about. (Mandukya Karika)

There is no comparison of anyone wisdom with Sage Sri Sankara’s wisdom. Without Sage Sri, Sankara there is no Advaita. All the Gurus and intellectual version of Advaita is on dualistic perspective.

Many Gurus describes to perfection is the awakening to Reality ~the realization that pure Consciousness alone is, that the perpetually fluctuating and evanescent contents of the mind derive from it. This awakening effectively happens in an instant. But in order for the lightning flash to take place, resulting in a firm and unshakable certitude, a long labor is necessary, which they seem to underestimate. “Truth is formless is their answer.

Many Guru's teaching seems essentially negative, a potent but bitter medicine for those imprisoned by institutional cults. They break the disciple's bonds but then lead him to a vast desert where they abandon him.

The ultimate state of consciousness they describe is that of the traditional sage or fully enlightened being, but they do not show us the process leading to the realization of this state. They describe marvelously the goal but does not indicate the steps to be taken: their recurring phrases "unified consciousness" and "let go" and "'love alone" are not a road-map.

Most of the Gurus and Yogis s approach was more practical, and they stuck with the reality of the 'I', they take it as real. All their teachings of Advaita is based on the dualistic perspective. Such teaching will not yield the truth of the whole.

Everyone is not in the same level of understanding. Everyone’s inner work is on. You will slowly steadily but surely able to understand, assimilate and realize nondualistic or Advaitic truth if you have an intense urge to know the ultimate truth. Because man is egocentric he feels the world in which he is born, lives and dies is as reality. But when he becomes Soulcentric he realizes his body, his ego and the world in which he exists is mere an illusion created out of the Soul, which is present in the form of consciousness.   : ~ Santthosh Kumaar
