Your individual experience of the pain and pleaser are a reality within the dualistic illusion.*****

The individual experiences of the pain and pleasure of the dream become unreal when waking takes place. Similarly, the individual experiences of the pain and pleasure of the waking become unreal when you realize the ‘Self is not you but the ‘Self is the Soul, which is present in the form of the consciousness.

It is not you who have to get awaken but it is the Soul the 'Self' has to awaken itself from its sleep of ignorance.

Your individual experience of the pain and pleaser are a reality within the dualistic illusion. The dualistic illusion is present in the form of the world in which you exist. the world in which you exist is present in the form of the mind. The mind is present in the form of the ‘I’.

The ‘I’ is the cause of ignorance because the ‘I’ itself is ignorance.

People who argue that Soul does not exist are not aware of the fact that, the world in which they exist is dependent on the Soul, which is in the form of the consciousness.
The ‘I’ is both real and unreal. It is real because it is a manifestation of consciousness, but is unreal, in the sense, that it is not absolute and eternal like consciousness itself.

Even The Bhagavad Gita says: ~ Brahmano hi pratisthaham ~ Brahman (God) is considered the all-pervading consciousness, which is the basis of all the animate and inanimate entities and material. (14.27).
When Bhagavad Gita says, God is considered the all-pervading consciousness which is the basis of all the animate and inanimate entities and material then  nothing has to be accepted as God other than consciousness.
People's approach is more practical, and they stuck with the reality of the ‘I’, they take it as real. That is why all the confusion.

The Soul is the innermost Self. The Soul is present in the form of the consciousness.  The awareness is the nature of the Soul, which is present in the form of the consciousness. The consciousness is existence itself.

The consciousness is ever present. Without the consciousness the world, in which you exist cease to exist.   The consciousness is Self-evident. It is not established by extraneous proofs. It is not possible to deny the consciousness because it is the very essence of the one who denies it. The consciousness is the basis of all kinds of knowledge, presuppositions, and proofs. The consciousness is everything. Thus, the consciousness is the ultimate truth or Brahman.

The look of an object will depend upon the medium through which the observer views it. In fact, our mental and intellectual conditions determine the world, observed and experienced. The commoner viewing the world will see differently from a Gnani viewing the same world. Each one interprets the world that they see in terms of their existing knowledge. The commoner sees everything based on the ego, therefore, experiences the birth, life, death and the world as a reality, whereas a Gnani sees everything as the consciousness and he is fully aware of the fact that, there is no second thing exists other than the Soul, which is present in the form of the consciousness. Thus, all the egocentric (religious) adulteration has to be bifurcated to realize the ultimate truth, which is beyond form, time and space.

The wisdom consists in knowing the truth, that everything (mind or physical existence) is the consciousness.  The freedom (ultimate truth) is always there yet one does not know it.  But to those whose reason is turned away from physicality and who have attained the serenity of the Soul or the consciousness, the innermost Self, are quite near to realizing the ultimate truth or Brahman.

In the past, Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana was imparted only with few because the Sages of truth had preserved it people were more interested in their religious beliefs. Now a day’s people are more advanced, capable of understanding assimilating and realizing the truth beyond the form, time, and space.
As the seeker starts his journey he may find it difficult in the first as his understanding matures his subconscious will start dropping the dualistic egocentric knowledge and start accepting the Soul-centric Self-knowledge or Brahma Gnana or Atma Gnana. : ~ Santthosh Kumaar
